The experience was smooth. There was an issue with the image I sent, they were quick to respond and resolve my error with how I was saving it.

It was easy! I uploaded a design i had for my business logo. And a few days later Hat Launch got back to me and asked to approve a rendering of the stitch work. I approved it and got another email stating the production process was started. I love being notified as the process is going through start to finish! Finally they shipped and I got them today. They look amazing!!! So happy with their work, its definately my go to source for business apparel.

Overall, my experience was good. I will be making some changes to future orders. I would like to be able to speak to someone over the phone on future orders. I like having a personal relationship with companies that I use. I love the quality of the stitching.

Ordering was really easy: choose your style and color, upload your logo/file, and you're done. Turnaround time for the artwork approval was really quick. I don't have much to compare to since HatLaunch was the first company I used to get sample of hats for my business. I think other places charged less for the digitizing of artwork. But overall, when I got the hat in my hands, the hat and logo looked goo.

I absolutely LOVE my hats!! I checked out a lot of different sites before deciding on HatLaunch and I couldn't be happier. I'm an artist, and I wanted my creature "TOADSQUATCH" embroidered. They were able to get so much little details into the design and I'm so grateful! My TOADSQUATCH fans absolutely love them. They came out perfect!
