I bought the “I Miss America 1” hat as a gift, and it was very well received. However, I paid almost as much money for expedited shipping (two days) and was very disappointed when delivery actually took four (4) days.

my wife paid for expedited shipping. The hat didn't arrive until 10 days after order was confirmed. that's not expedited shipping. I also did not receive my sticker for my truck. If you are relying on the Postal Service for expedited shipping, there's the problem. It's a miracle, it ever showed up! Basically I paid 46$ for 1 hat, no sticker, no expedited shipping. This was my first time ordering from Next Level. At first I was concerned because I'd paid extra for expedited shipping and didn't hear anything for several days. I wrote to ask why it wasn't being expedited and the extra payment moves your order to the front to be manufactured. Their email replies were fast, friendly and helpful. It's worth it if you want them faster but if you're more patient than me, you can save a little by not expediting.
